Enterprise AI

You built AI that works. Now build the go-to-market that sells it.

QC Growth is the go-to-market team for seed to Series A and B B2B AI software companies. Strategy, execution, GTM engineering, and operations, in one team that speaks AI.

Who it's for

Built for funded B2B AI software companies.

Seed to Series A and B, including a16z and Sequoia-backed teams. A product that's proven in pilots, and a GTM motion that needs to grow up. Founders and teams who can build anything but need the commercial engine built alongside them.

Not for:

companies still pre-pilot, teams looking for a demo instead of a business, or founders who want a deck and a retainer instead of an operator in the room.

Too early for a full engagement? Start with The GTM Co-Founder, our free, open-source GTM skills for founders doing it alone.

The problem

The market doesn't wait for you to be ready.

The Distribution Race: your product doesn’t get you to the table. Speed does.

New AI products ship daily, and the buyers you're chasing are already fielding pitches from a dozen teams solving the same problem.

Whoever earns the first real conversation shapes the deal, sets the requirements, and becomes the default, often before their product is even the best one in the room. Wait for “ready,” and someone rougher gets there first.

First way it goes wrong

First to the Table

New AI products ship daily and your buyers are already fielding a dozen pitches. The team that earns the first real conversation sets the requirements every later vendor has to match.

Second way it goes wrong

The Window Closes

AI buyers commit to a vendor early and rarely reopen the evaluation. Once a default is chosen, every month you wait makes displacing it harder.

Third way it goes wrong

Waiting for Ready

Founders hold off on outbound until the product feels finished. By then, the market has already decided who the default is going to be.

What we do

The whole go-to-market engine, one team.

Strategy

Find the words

Positioning, ICP, and the story that lands with the technical evaluator who runs the pilot and the economic buyer who signs the check.

Execution

Find the buyers

The case studies, launches, and channels build you credibility with AI buyers: proof-of-concept results, analyst and community relations, founder-led thought leadership, not the ones that quietly waste your budget.

GTM engineering

Build the machine

The stack that turns product usage into pipeline: intent signals, attribution, CRM, and automation wired to your own data.

Operations

Make it repeatable

The RevOps and process that make it repeatable: forecasting your board can trust, CRM data that holds up to scrutiny, and playbooks a new rep can run on day one.

Why QC

Operators, not slideware.

01

We've done B2B AI GTM, not read about it.

We have taken B2B AI products to market ourselves, and we bring that operating experience to the table rather than a framework borrowed from a SaaS playbook.

02

We speak AI.

We know the difference between proving technical credibility and closing the economic buyer, and we run both.

03

Full-stack, evaluator to signature.

Strategy, execution and tooling from one team that runs the technical proof and the business case in parallel, instead of four vendors hoping they align.

How it works

We embed. We don't hand you a deck and leave.

We plug into your team as a fractional, embedded GTM function: strategy and execution together, not a report in your inbox.

Questions we get asked

How do pilots actually turn into signed contracts?

Pilots convert when the technical evaluator and the economic buyer are sold in parallel, not in sequence. We build the internal business case alongside the technical proof, so by the time the pilot ends, the person who signs already knows why.

How do you prove technical credibility to a skeptical evaluator?

Through the signals your buyers already trust: benchmark results, proof-of-concept data and founder-led technical writing, not a generic case study. Credibility with AI buyers is earned in the pilot, not the pitch.

Who's actually the economic buyer in an AI deal?

Almost never the person running the pilot. We map the buying committee early, usually a budget owner in security, data or ops, so the technical win does not stall waiting for someone with a checkbook to notice.

Is this different from what you do for Dev Tools clients?

Related but distinct: Dev Tools GTM often runs bottom-up through developer adoption; Enterprise AI GTM has to win a technical evaluator and a budget owner at the same time, usually before any bottom-up motion exists.

We are still pre-pilot. Is it too early?

Yes for a full engagement. The fit is a product proven in pilots with a commercial motion that needs to grow up. The GTM Co-Founder is a free open-source starting point if you are earlier.

Let's look at your go-to-market.

The fastest way to see how we think is a growth audit of your current GTM, no pitch, just where the leverage is.
