The Opportunity

‍

We’re looking for our first Account Executive to shape and execute our sales strategy. You’ll work closely with the CEO, influence the company’s direction, and have a direct impact on our growth. This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing startup at an early stage.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit revenue targets
• Identify and prospect clients in highly relationship-driven industries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct product demos and present Rings.ai’s value proposition to decision-makers
• Negotiate contracts and close deals against sales quotas
• Collaborate with the CEO and team to refine our Ideal Customer Profile and sales playbook
• Track and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy
• Share customer feedback and market trends with our product team

Requirements

• 3+ years of VC-backed B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably in 0–1 or 1–10 phase companies)
• Experience in Seed to Series B startup environments, with a record of pipeline building and closing deals
• Strong understanding of relationship-driven sales and CRM/XRM tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, balance priorities, and excel in fast-paced environments
• Data-driven: skilled at using financial data to make decisions
